This is not Yoga, though we take elements of what we’ve learned from Joga, Pilates and Animal Flow and sprinkle them in, because they are so powerful in MOBILIZING your body.
We add elements of Thai Massage and Stretch Therapy to explore the fascia of your body through a combination of static and dynamic STRETCHES.
And then we deal with the Neurokinetic relationship of your brain and your muscles to activate dormant patterns through muscle ACTIVATION.
Our flexibility comes from a combination of mobility and strength.

Whether it's a warm-up before lifting weights or a pre-run routine, activation sets the stage for a successful and productive exercise session.

Movement Therapist, Stretch Therapist, Thai Massage Practitioner and Reflexologist.
Through studying movement practices and putting 1000s of practice hours. I came to understand that a combination of mobility , stretching and (muscle) activation is the perfect formula for the body to perform at its best.
I developed the Movement Therapy system from the needs of my personal training clients. My clients have fallen in love with movement and with what their bodies can do. My goal is to help you re-connect to your body in new ways as you prehab, rehab and recover from the stress in your mind and body.

THE PROGRAM
21 Days of Movement Therapy online program, is designed to keep you accountable and on track to hit your goal:
SET SCHEDULE: Movement Sessions 6 days a week. Sessions range from 5 minutes to 35 minutes.
REMINDERS: Session Bundles are released every 2-3 days to keep you on schedule.
DEADLINES: At the end of the 30 days, you will be given the option to extend your program or do the program again.
*Upon registration you will have instant access to the first 2 modules and then the Program begins the next day.

You will have 30 days, 3 months or 1 year from your day of enrolment, to complete the program.
REGISTRATION CLOSES:
We limit the amount of people registered in the course at any one time so we can give you the time and attention you deserve.
