Your checklist to get you started:

2 Review the "Tools You Can Use" section to make sure you have everything you need to begin.

3 When you join the program you will have instant access to the Welcome & Housekeeping information as well and the Daily Practices Bonuses and Course Schedule.

4 Access to Days 1 & 2 of the program will come 1 day after you have enrolled. Don't worry we start off easy and give you more as the program goes on.

5 You will receive email drops every 2-3 Days to let you know when the next days sessions are available for you to complete.

6 Download the Movement Therapy Calendar so you can keep yourself on track.

8 Download the The Positive+ Movement Therapy calendar:

  • This is a 30-day program that promotes positive thinking and self-acceptance. Each day of the program includes a specific activity or prompt to help individuals develop a positive body image. The program includes moments of reflection, self-analysis, forgiveness, and personal growth. This is located in the Daily Practices section of the program.

9 Add a daily reminder in your calendar for 5 minutes to do your Lymphatic Drainage Routine. Try to do it at the same time everyday.

10 Take a deep breath and remind yourself that this is a process where we are looking for PROGRESS OVER PERFECTION. No one (including you) expects you to be perfect, you're going to try you best each and every day. Taking this program one day at a time.
