TOOLS YOU CAN USE
PROGRAM TOOLS
- At least 1 Yoga mat. If you have access to more than 1, then use it to create a bigger movement space and/or extra cushioning for under knees and elbows.
- Pillows or Bolster (See next video for an example). A couch cushion works also.
- Towel: just a regular bath towel that can be rolled up. (not too thick)
- Wall access: We do some movements using the wall for balance.
- Doorway access: We do some stretches using the doorway.
- Chair (optional) can be used instead of a wall for balance.
