Welcome to 21 Days of Movement Therapy. So excited to have you on this self-awareness journey.
You're in the right place to get started. Whether your goal is to:
- Increase flexibility: especially for those of us who are not naturally flexible
- Increase body awareness: the more we understand, the better we can help it.
- Increase mobility: the better we move the better we feel.
- Increase Core Strength: holds everything together
- Decrease stress, pain and inflammation throughout the body.
Starting was the hardest part, and I'm so proud of you already for making this choice to take care of you! You deserve it.
In this program the content will be released to you slowly so you won't get overwhelmed. *Make sure to take note of the course calendar so you can see what's coming up.
Yes this program is 21 days, but we understand when life starts "lifing", we can fall a little behind, and so you have access to the program for 30 days, to give you time for those moments.
We keep you on a timeline to help keep you accountable. We all need a little help every now and then. So keep your eye on your email to update you when new content is dropped and get you ready and set to go!
